Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your engagement with **KRASIDGE** (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for strategic content architecture, digital clarity, and information system consultancy services. By initiating contact, signing a proposal, or granting access to your systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer expert consultancy in:

  • Content ecosystem audits and mapping
  • Information architecture design
  • Digital workflow optimization
  • Content governance and maintenance frameworks
  • Strategic recommendations for content clarity

All deliverables are intellectual property designed to bring structure to your digital environment.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely access to relevant content and systems
  • Designate a primary point of contact for decisions and feedback
  • Respond to requests within 5 business days to avoid project delays
  • Use our deliverables solely for internal business purposes

3. Fees & Payment

Full payment is required before project commencement unless a written agreement states otherwise. Late payments may result in suspension of work. All fees are non-refundable once work begins (see Refund Policy).

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use our deliverables (diagrams, frameworks, documentation) for your internal operations. KRASIDGE retains ownership of all methodologies, templates, and proprietary tools used in the process.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business content, strategies, or data to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our recommendations. Content decisions remain your responsibility.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. If you terminate mid-project, you are responsible for payment for all completed work. We may terminate if you provide false information, fail to cooperate, or breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any signed proposal or statement of work, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior discussions.
