Refund Policy

At KRASIDGE, our work begins the moment we agree to collaborate. Because our services are highly customized, time-intensive, and involve immediate allocation of expert resources, our refund policy is structured to reflect the irreversible nature of strategic consulting.

1. No Refunds After Engagement Begins

Once a project has commenced — defined as the moment we begin reviewing your content ecosystem, conducting audits, or holding discovery sessions — **no refunds will be issued**. This is because value is delivered from the first hour through analysis, insight, and intellectual labor that cannot be undone.

2. Cancellations Before Work Starts

If you cancel your engagement **before any work has begun** (i.e., no discovery call held, no materials reviewed), a full refund will be processed within 5 business days.

3. What Constitutes "Work Beginning"

Work is considered started when any of the following occurs:

• A scheduled discovery or scoping call is completed
• You grant access to documents, systems, or content repositories
• We deliver a preliminary assessment or diagnostic output
• Written project confirmation is signed and kickoff materials are exchanged

4. Revisions & Quality Assurance

We include **two rounds of revisions** at no additional cost to ensure your complete satisfaction. If deliverables contain errors or omissions, we will correct them promptly and without charge. Our goal is clarity — not rework.

5. Partial Deliverables

In rare cases where a client terminates an engagement mid-project, we may provide a partial deliverable reflecting completed work. No refund is issued, but you retain all insights generated up to that point.

6. Disputes & Good Faith

All refund requests are reviewed by our lead strategist. We operate in good faith and expect the same from our clients. Final decisions are based on documented progress, time invested, and mutual communication records.
